Description

Johannesburg: The City of Gold & Safari Thrills
Your adventure begins in the vibrant heart of South Africa. Dive deep into history with visits to the Apartheid Museum and the historic suburbs of Fietas and Fordsburg to understand the struggle and resilience of the local communities. The excitement peaks with a full-day safari at the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, home to lions, elephants, and rhinos, followed by a visit to the Lion Park to see the King of the Jungle up close. You will also visit the majestic Nizamiye Masjid, the largest Ottoman-style mosque in the Southern Hemisphere.

Cape Town: Nature’s Masterpiece
Fly south to the "Mother City," Cape Town, where the mountains meet the sea. Marvel at the flora in Kirstenbosch Gardens and take in 360-degree views from the top of the iconic Table Mountain. A scenic peninsula tour takes you to the fishing village of Hout Bay, the adorable African penguins at Boulders Colony, and the dramatic edge of the continent at Cape Point. You will also meet the world's fastest birds at a local Ostrich Farm.

Heritage of Faith & Freedom
This tour places a special emphasis on the rich Islamic history of the Cape. Walk the colorful streets of Bo-Kaap, visit Auwal Masjid (the first mosque in SA, est. 1794), and pay respects at the Tana Baru Cemetery. You will also take a poignant ferry ride to Robben Island to stand in the cell where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, reflecting on the country's journey toward freedom.
