Alhamdulillah, our Umrah journey was truly splendid and beyond expectations. From the moment we departed until our return, everything was well organised and smooth. Sard, Ein & Ustaz were knowledgeable, patient, and very caring, making the entire ibadah experience calm and meaningful. Accommodation, food(yumms!!) and transport were comfortable, and all arrangements allowed us to focus fully on our worship. A truly memorable and spiritually uplifting experience. Highly recommended.

Alhamdulillah, our family is truly grateful for the meaningful Umrah journey we experienced with Hahnemann Travel & Tours (2–13 December, including Taif). Travelling with my mum, aunt, sister, brother-in-law and niece, we felt genuinely cared for and well supported throughout the trip. We were impressed with the 5-star hotels—Jumeirah (Mecca) and Maiden Taiba (Madinah)—both conveniently located near the Holy Mosques. The comfortable musollah at Jumeirah was especially thoughtful for those who found it challenging to walk to Masjidil Haram, yet could still pray in congregation, insyaa Allah. Our Mutawif, Ustaz Aripin Muda, enriched our journey with insightful sirah, tazkirah, doa and guidance during our Umrah, making the experience spiritually fulfilling. Despite various challenges, everything went smoothly thanks to the patience and dedication of Pegawai Sardali, Assistant Pegawai Solehin, and Ustaz Aripin as well as Ustazah Halah. From seamless airport check-ins to calm assistance during baggage issues in Madinah, the team’s support was unwavering. What touched us most was the genuine care shown towards our mum, who had health challenges—it truly felt like family looking after family. One unforgettable moment was when some of us missed our train from Madinah to Mecca, and Pegawai Sardali alighted from the train to stay with us, ensuring our safe journey to Mecca. His leadership, sincerity and calm problem-solving left a lasting impression. We are also thankful for the kindness and patience of all the jemaah, and for thoughtful optional activities such as the sunset trip to Jabal Khandamah, where we even performed Maghrib prayers overlooking Masjidil Haram—an unforgettable experience. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Hahnemann Travel & Tours, Sardali, Solehin, Ustaz Aripin and Ustazah Halah for a spiritually uplifting and emotionally reassuring journey. Special appreciation to Solehin, whose dedication and warmth helped unite the group like one big family. Assalamualiakum Alhamdullilah...My husband, my mum and I have just returned from 12 Day Umrah and Taif with Hahnemann. We thank Hahnemann for being so understanding and their willingness to work with us as we were from Australia. From the time that we booked to the start of our journey we have been met with such kindness from the staff This is my second time with Hahnemann and the first for my husband and mum. Our time in Madinah and Makkah has been one of spiritual fulfillment with endless blessings. Our accommodation in Madinah and Makkah was walking distance to Masjid Nabawi and Masjidil Haram. Our muttawif and guide Muhammad Saleh was knowledgeable in the history of the places that we visited and his kind, generous and humorous nature made it easy for us to feel comfortable. He was always looking out to make sure my mum ... (who was the eldest of the jemaah) if she was well rested. We have made some wonderful memories and friends along this journey and hope to keep in touch with those that have touched us with their kindness. With Ustadz Saleh's gentle guidance and his humbleness our journey of all three umrahs went very smoothly. Allah swt has certainly eased our journey, one that has fulfilled us as husband and wife, one that has been fulfilled as a child to her mum, and one of fulfillment as a child granting the last wishes of a daughter to her late father. Ustadz Saleh, my husband and I wanted to thank you for your time that you took to help my husband with language barrier to retrieve an item that was detained at the airport. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah My wife and I perform our umrah in Dec 2022 with Hahnemann Travel & Tours Pte. Ltd, and we were impressed with the overall itinerary and guidance before and during the trip. In 2025, my wife and I ‘received the calling’ from Him to perform our second umrah and this time around, we decided to bring our both sides of parents. We chose with Hahnemann Travel & Tours Pte. Ltd., because of the wonderful and memorable experience during our first umrah trip. And alhamdulillah, the trip was another memorable one for my wife and I, as well as our parents.
